1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using our marketplace, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Marketplace Services
SocialBulk provides a marketplace platform connecting buyers and sellers of Instagram accounts. We facilitate transactions but are not party to the agreements between buyers and sellers.
3. Account Listings
All account listings must represent genuine, owned Instagram accounts. Sellers must have full ownership and rights to transfer the account. Misrepresentation of account statistics, followers, or ownership is strictly prohibited.
4. Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before purchasing. While we verify all listings, we recommend buyers independently verify statistics using third-party tools.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed between buyers and sellers with SocialBulk's facilitation. All payment disputes must be raised within 48 hours of transaction completion.
6. Transfer Process
SocialBulk supervises all transfers. The seller must transfer full account ownership including email, password, and 2FA access. Sellers may not attempt to recover accounts after transfer.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Listing accounts with purchased/fake followers
- Misrepresenting account statistics or ownership
- Attempting to recover sold accounts
- Using our platform for fraudulent transactions
- Selling accounts that violate Instagram's Terms of Service
8. Limitation of Liability
SocialBulk's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific transaction in dispute. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
